Iwould go for a quattro all day long, either 2.5 or 3.0 tdi. The 2.7 is underpowered compared to the 2.5 tdi but its comon rail and more efficient. If money stretch go for a quattrob7 a4 with the 3.0 tdi and 6 speed manual box then get-it remapped ! 0to 60 in 6 sec. and enough torque to move the moon off its orbit !
