Hi, the 1.9 d with lucas epic hp. dosent have lift pump in tank'. these 1.9d 's is often confused with JTD they is a totaly differnt set up, the pump will draw up the diesel, sometimes you have to crack off injectors to bleed the system, the air in the clear pipe you see, will be normal id guess, rember it will be drawing in air from the pipe before diesel reaches fuel filter, id put it all
